Our Leadership Team
Martin Willhaus
Martin has extensive experience in international consulting, executive search, and logistics management. As President of Willhaus & Associates AG in Switzerland, he leads strategic consulting and executive search operations. Before that, he was Managing Director at Kühne-Stiftung, overseeing foundation initiatives and projects in logistics and education. Prior to this, he served as Corporate Vice President at Kuehne + Nagel Management AG in Switzerland, contributing to global logistics strategies. Earlier in his career, he was Regional Manager for Southern Africa at Panalpina and before Vice President in Germany, driving regional logistics operations. Willhaus holds an MBA from DAV Bremen and has a strong background in international logistics, executive leadership, and strategic consulting.
Benjam Vetterli
Benjam has extensive experience in private equity, real estate investment, and corporate finance. As Head of Africa at ROCKSTONE Real Estate, he leads investment and development projects across key African markets, managing a pipeline of high-value real estate assets. Before that, he worked at Cerberus Capital Management in frontier private equity, focusing on high-growth economies in Asia and Africa. Prior to this, he was with Argos Wityu, overseeing mid-market private equity investments across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and France, managing SME investments and board-level operations. Earlier in his career, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Deutsche Bank, gaining experience in corporate finance and strategic transactions. He also held roles in strategy implementation at Meili SA and private banking at UBP. Vetterli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and studied Economics at Columbia University, with a focus on corporate finance and psychology.
Massimiliano Schnyder
Massimiliano has extensive experience in business development and management consulting. Before joining Willhaus & Associates, he worked at PriceHubble AG in Zurich, Switzerland, focusing on business development within the B2B real estate data industry. Prior to that, he worked at COMATCH GmbH in Berlin, Germany, specializing in international business development, with an emphasis on expanding market presence and key account acquisition. Earlier roles included consulting in the hospitality industry and project work in banking, energy, and automotive at Eurogroup Consulting France.
Jürgen Frank
Jürgen has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. As Managing Director at HHLA Logistics, he worked in Hamburg, focusing on contract and project logistics in seaports. Before that, he was Managing Director for the Consumer Goods Europe segment at Logwin in Luxembourg and Belgium, overseeing logistics operations across the region. Prior to Logwin, he served as Head of National Logistics at Kühne + Nagel in Switzerland, leading centralized logistics strategies. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Distribution Logistics for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at Spillers/Friskies, optimizing supply chain processes. Frank holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and has worked extensively in both domestic and international logistics markets.
Marc Willhaus
Marc has extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering. Founding Ankathete.com, he worked in Zurich, focusing on AI-driven data extraction and transformation. Before that, he worked at Brame AG in Zurich as Head of Engineering and Software Architect, leading teams and designing a scalable cloud-based gamification platform. Prior to Brame, he worked at the Media Technology Center at ETH Zurich, implementing machine learning models for computer vision, NLP, and speech processing. Earlier, he founded Manthano AI, developing web and mobile applications with AI-driven automation. He also gained experience in data science and automation at Sensirion, optimizing sales analytics. Willhaus holds a Master of Science in Engineering and is an alumnus of the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil.
Annemarie Bachteler
Annemarie has extensive experience in education and business administration. She has been with KV Zürich "die Wirtschaftsschule" for over two decades, contributing to vocational education and professional development for educators in Zurich. Before that, she worked at the Kantonale Berufsschule Pfäffikon, focusing on business and vocational training. Earlier in her career, she taught at the Deutsche Schule Johannesburg in South Africa and the Mörike Gymnasium in Stuttgart, Germany, gaining international teaching experience. Bachteler-Willhaus holds a degree in German Studies, American Studies, and English Studies from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen and has dedicated her career to education and professional training.
